SpecterSound was founded in 2002 by Benjamin Getsug. A graduate of the McNally Smith College of Music, Ben has been producing sound and music for over 14 years, and has a wide range of experience with digital media and technology. He began his professional career at Ghost Productions animation studio, where he created original music and sound effects for animations, corporate presentations, instructional and promotional videos.

To help maintain SpecterSound and stay on top of an ever-changing digital media industry, Ben works full-time utilizing his talents in information technology. Over the last several years, Ben has been involved with live sound, post production audio and video, web site design and development, big screen advertising, and digital signage. While working at CineMagic Media Studios, he produced dozens of on-screen ads from script through post, before becoming CineMagic Theatres' Technology Manager. In addition to accommodating SpecterSound's clients, Ben is currently a Systems Engineer at TEAM Informatics.
